About the Role
This is an opportunity for an experienced sales professional to combine their expertise with a genuine passion for travel! If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
What does the role look like?
- Design personalised Australian travel experiences and itineraries
- Building long-term relationships with leisure clients and agents
- Manage bookings, including amendments, documentation and supplier coordination
- Proactively manage the sales pipeline to maximise conversion and revenue
- Provide ongoing customer support throughout the travel journey
- Collaborate with the wider team to share knowledge and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
This is a full-time, permanent role based on the Sunshine Coast, working 38 hours per week. The role is rostered between 7 am and 6 pm, Monday to Sunday, so weekend and public holiday work will be required.
Remuneration
- Uncapped earning potential!
- Base salary of $57,000 (depending on experience) plus uncapped commission. Expect total earnings of $70,000 - $115,000 per year as you smash your targets!
About You
You genuinely love travel and enjoy helping people create memorable experiences. You also bring:
- Experience in travel, tourism, or sales
- Strong motivation to achieve sales targets and performance KPIs
- Previous experience in travel consulting, preferably in the inbound Australian market
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Confidence in managing multiple bookings and priorities
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset

- Comfortable using CRMs, booking platforms and digital tools
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills

The Marketing Manager, New Zealand is a hands-on market leader accountable for driving the local B2C customer acquisition and growth strategy. Owning the NZ marketing plan, brand application, organic content, and commercial website merchandising, you will turn Group priorities and market insights into high-impact go-to-market strategies.
Working closely with Product and Sales teams, you hold genuine decision-making authority to capture key market opportunities while leading execution through shared specialist capabilities across Performance, Lifecycle, Content, and Digital Experience.
What does the role look like?
- NZ Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and own the NZ marketing plan across key markets, products, and seasonality. Prioritise high-value opportunities based on customer, demand, and commercial evidence.
- Product Marketing & Go-to-Market: Partner with Product to turn opportunities into clear customer propositions. Lead integrated campaigns, product launches, and promotions from brief through commercial review.
- Brand, Content & Organic Marketing: Set content, social media, and editorial priorities. Direct organic search (SEO) and AI-discovery content strategies, ensuring brand alignment, accuracy, and commercial relevance.

What we're looking for
- Experience: 5+ years in integrated marketing, brand strategy, digital content, product marketing, or growth-focused roles. Travel, tourism, or high-consideration consumer goods experience is strongly preferred.
- Commercial Judgement: Ability to translate performance data, customer insights, and product demand into clear commercial actions and campaign strategies.
- Digital & Merchandising Acumen: Strong understanding of organic search, digital acquisition, customer journeys, and web merchandising.
- Integrated Campaign Leadership: Proven track record leading multi-channel campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives from concept to execution.

We are currently seeking a Front-end Developer to join our team in Wānaka on a Fixed Term 12 month contract. As a Front-end developer, you'll work closely with our current Senior Front-end Developer, and designer to bring their visions to life. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining our new web presence, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across all platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact and help to grow our company!
Responsibilities:
- Building out new pages and forms using React and related front-end technologies
- Implementing UI components and experiences within the Optimizely framework, consuming GraphQL and REST based APIs
- Supporting QA by resolving issues and defects identified during testing
- Collaborating with the development team on architectural and design decisions where needed
Requirements:
- Experience as a Front-end developer
